Creative Approach: How do you give life to futuristic tech that’s riddled with acronyms? With a mix of storytelling, product development, and lifestyle content, we transformed Meta.com into an immersive shopping experience that gave voice, personality, and, most importantly, definition to Meta’s wearable tech. By focusing on interests, developing use cases, and understanding the customer journey, I wordsmithed Meta’s launch of the Quest 3S and Ray-Ban Meta smart classes across dot com.
